Your Co-Linked monsters cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can only use 1 of the following "Toplogic Gamble Dragon Recoded" effects per duel and only once that duel and not on turn 1 or 2. If another monster is Special Summoned to a zone a Link Monster points to, while this monster is on the field: Discard 1 or 2 cards, then your opponent discards the same number. During your Main Phase, if this card is Extra Linked and your opponent has at least 1 card in their hand: You can make your opponent discard 1 or 2 cards (whichever is higher), then, if they have no more cards in their hand, inflict 3000 damage to them.

 

Not on turn 1 or 2 ensures that you can't discard during your first turn or your opponent's first turn and the effects are only once per duel to prevent the issue of using 1 during your opponent's Draw Phase after using the other during your turn.
