Here is a list of the cards I have created so far, please feel free to comment and critique. Sorry for not posting pictures to go along with the cards but nonetheless:

White-Eyes Silver Dragon

Level 8, Light

Dragon/Effect

Once per turn: You can banish this card from your Hand; send 1 card on the field to the GY and banish 1 face-up card on the field (one from your side of the field and one from your opponent’s). If this card is Normal or Special Summoned (Quick Effect): You can negate the effect(s) of up to two random cards on the field (except this card), if you do, destroy them. 

ATK: 2500, DEF: 3000

 

White-Eyes Obsidian Dragon 

Level 7, Dark

Dragon/Effect

This card cannot be destroyed by Battle or Card Effects. Once per turn, if this card (on the field) is sent to the GY; Special Summon 1 Level 8 Light Dragon monster from your Deck. You can Normal Summon this card without tributing, if you do, its original ATK becomes 2000. 

ATK: 2600, DEF: 2000

 

White-Eyes Crystalline Dragon

Level 7, Light

Dragon/Effect

Once per turn if this card is in your Hand you can (Quick Effect): Reveal this card and one Spell card in your Hand which specifically includes “White-Eyes” in its card text; Add 1 Fusion Spell card from your Deck or GY to your Hand. You can discard this card from your Hand; negate the effect(s) of 2 target face-up cards on the field. You can only activate once of these cards named effects per turn. 

ATK: 0, DEF: 0

 

White-Eyes Blue Dragon

Level 8, Light

Dragon/Effect

You can Tribute Summon this card using 1 “White-Eyes” monster you control, if you do, you can Normal Summon or Set 1 additional time this turn. If this tributed summoned monster is sent to the GY; Special Summon 2 random “White-Eyes” monsters from your GY except for “White-Eyes Blue Dragon” (you can only use this effect once per Duel). 

ATK: 3000, DEF: 2500

 

Congregation of White-Eyes

Normal Spell

You can only activate this card while you control at least 1 White-Eyes monster. When this card is activated, send 1 Spell card from your Hand to the GY; Add up to two White-Eyes Monsters from your Deck to your Hand. 

 

White-Eyes Fusion

Normal Spell

Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster that lists a “White-Eyes” monster as material from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Materials; then you may add 1 of your Banished monsters to your Hand. You cannot Normal or Special Summon other monsters after you activate this card. You can only activate 1 “White-Eyes Fusion” per turn. 

 

White-Eyes Violet Dragon

Level 9, Light

Dragon/Effect

This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set, this card can only be Special Summoned from the Hand or GY by banishing 1 face-up Dragon monster you control and cannot be Special Summoned any other ways. This card is unaffected by your opponent’s Monster effects, also this card cannot be targeted for attacks. If this card is destroyed by Battle or Card Effect and sent to the GY, you can banish 3 “White-Eyes” cards in your Hand face-down; banish all face-up cards on the field.

ATK: 3500, DEF: 3000

 

White-Eyes Ultraviolet Dragon

Level 10, Dark

Dragon/Fusion/Effect

White-Eyes Violet Dragon + 1 Level 8 or higher White-Eyes Monster you control

This card cannot be Normal Summoned/Set, this card can only be Fusion Summoned using “White-Eyes Fusion” using the above Fusion materials and cannot be Summoned any other ways. This card is unaffected by Monster and Trap effects, also this card cannot be targeted for attacks. If this card is destroyed by Battle or Card Effect and sent to the GY, you can banish 2 “White-Eyes” cards in your Hand face-down; banish all cards on the field face-down except for 1 random set card on each side of the field (each player chooses which card, if any).

ATK: 4500, DEF: 3000

 

White-Eyes Glare

Normal Trap

You can only activate this card when your opponent declares an attack while you control at least 1 “White-Eyes” monster. When this card is activated; negate the effect(s) of the attacking monster, if you do destroy it. You can banish this card from your GY; negate the attack of 1 monster on the field and Banish it. 

 

White-Eyes Exile

Quick-Play Spell

Activate this card only when a “White-Eyes” monster you control is targeted by a card or effect: Tribute the targeted monster (Quick Effect); banish 1 random card your opponent controls face-down until the Standby Phase of your next turn (then return it to the field in the same position). 

 

White-Eyes Memorial

Normal Trap

Activate this card only when a “White-Eyes” monster you control is destroyed: Discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 “White-Eyes” monster from your Hand with a Level lower than the destroyed monster. 

 

White-Eyes Triumph

Normal Spell

Activate this card only when a “White-Eyes” monster you control destroys an opponent’s monster by battle; that monster gains 1000 ATK and can attack once again in a row.

 

White-Eyes Roar

Normal Trap

You can only activate this card when one or more of your face-up “White-Eyes” monsters are targeted by a card or effect; until the end of the turn, “White-Eyes” monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can Banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 Level 7 or 8 “White-Eyes” monster from your Deck (you can only use this effect once per turn). 

 

White-Eyes Phantasmal Dragon

Level 7, Light

Dragon/Effect

This monster cannot be destroyed by Battle, also it cannot be targeted by card effects. If this monster is Normal or Special Summoned: Negate the effects of up to 3 random cards on the field (this effect lasts while this card remains face-up on the field). While this card is in your GY; “White-Eyes” cards you control cannot be targeted by your opponent’s card effects. 

ATK: 2800, DEF: 2000

 

White-Eyes Grand Dragon

Level 8, Light

Dragon/Effect

This monster cannot be Special Summoned from the GY, except by its own effect. If this card is in the GY, and you control at least 3 other “White-Eyes” monsters: You can send 1 “White-Eyes” Spell/Trap from your side of the field to the GY, if you do, Special Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned from the Deck or GY, it gains 1000 ATK; if this card is Special Summoned from the GY it also cannot be Banished. 

ATK: 3000, DEF: 2500
