Bluvista
I came up with this idea on a whim, so don't judge it too harshly, but here it is, the "Mirror Reflector' Archetype. An archetype of ever-evolving Machine-type Mirrors with increasingly powerful reflect damage effects. (Cause they're all mirrors, get it?) from lowest level to highest, (OH I FORGOT TO MENTION. There are fusion monsters in this ungodly horror of an Archetype. ) Mirror Servant Level: 1 LIGHT/Machine/Effect If a "Mirror" monster you control is attacked, you can discard this card from your hand, that "Mirror" monster cannot be destroyed by battle or effects for the rest of the turn. Once per turn, you can banish this card, and as many other required fusion material "Mirror" monsters in your GY, special summon one "Mirror" Fusion monster from your extra deck. (this special summon is treat as a fusion summon) ATK: 0 DEF: 0 Mirror Reflector LV3 Level: 3 LIGHT/Machine/Effect This card cannot attack an opponents monster. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, if this card is the target for an attack, halve all dealt damage. During your Standby Phase, you can tribute this monster, special summon 1 "Mirror Reflector LV5" from your hand or deck. ATK: 1000 DEF: 1000 Mirror Savant Level: 4 LIGHT/Machine/Effect You can tribute this monster, special summon 1 "Mirror" monster from your GY in face-up defense position, it cannot attack the turn it is summoned. You can only use this effect of "Mirror Savant" once per turn. ATK: 1000 DEF: 1000 Mirror Reflector LV5 Level: 5 LIGHT/Machine/Effect Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card is the target for an attack, halve all dealt damage, then inflict damage to your opponent equal to the damage you took. During your standby phase, if your opponent took 800 or more points of damage from the effect of this card during their previous turn, you can tribute this card, then special summon one "Mirror Reflector LV7" from your hand or deck. ATK; 500 DEF: 500 Mirror Reflector LV7 Level: 7 LIGHT/Machine/Effect This card cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card battles an opponents monster, your opponent receives the same damage you do. During your standby phase, if your opponent received damage from this cards effect during either of the last 2 turns, you can tribute this card, special summon one "Mirror Reflector LV10" from your hand or Deck. ATK; 100 DEF: 100 Mirror Reflector LV10 Level: 10 LIGHT/Machine/Effect This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot be destroyed by effects. You take no battle damage from battles involving this card. When this card battles an opponents monster, after damage calculation, destroy that opponents monster and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monsters original ATK or DEF, whichever is higher. ATK; 1000 DEF: 1000 (Hey guys, that's all the main deck monsters. Next we have 1 field spell, 1 continuous spell, and 1 counter trap. Then the 2 fusion monsters that revolve around this archetype.) Enchanting Hall of Mirrors Field Spell All opponents monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. When this card is activated, add 1 "Mirror" monster from your deck to your hand. Once per turn, during your end phase, gain 500 LP for every "Mirror" monster on the field. Once per turn, during your opponents turn, you can pay 1000 LP, target 1 monster on the opponents field, this turn, it is forced to attack 1 "Mirror" monster you control. When a "Mirror" monster battles, your opponent can't activate card effects. Mirror Factory Continuous Spell All opponents monsters gain 500 ATK and DEF. during your opponents end phase, if there is a monster on your opponents field that did not battle, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. When an opponents monster declares an attack, negate that monsters effects. Mirror Mirror Counter Trap When the opponent activates a card or effect that would affect a "Mirror" monster, or negate the effect activation/attack of a "Mirror" monster. you can activate this card. Negate the activation of that card, or effect and destroy it. (The 2 Fusion monsters) Mirror King - Reflector Level: 8 LIGHT/Fusion/Machine/Effect 2 "Mirror" monsters While this card is on the field, your opponent cannot chain cards or effects onto the activation of the effects of a "Mirror" monster. When your opponent takes damage from the effect of a "Mirror" monster, this card gains ATK equal to the amount of damage dealt. Once per turn, you can negate the activation of an opponents Spell or Trap, and destroy it. ATK: 2500 DEF: 1500 Deus Ex Mirror Level: 12 LIGHT/Fusion/Machine/Effect 5 "Mirror" monsters This card cannot be destroyed by battle. This card cannot be destroyed by effects. If this card leaves the field, you can remove 1 "Mirror" monster in your GY, special summon this monster. While this card is on the field, all battle and effect damage you take is inflicted onto your opponent instead. ATK: 0 DEF:
XXYYZZ
This might be my obsession with specific arch type cards, but I think you should give this arch type it's own level up card
morrisoni4
Interesting. I like the way you've gone about levelling up the powers. As for criticism, I will say only this: your archetype name is much too broad. "Mirror" would include a vast number of cards, including "Archfiend Mirror", "Fiend's Mirror", "Red Mirror" the entirety of the "Dream Mirror" archetype, the "Gishki" Ritual Spells... Point being, you may wish to rename a few of the cards slightly and make this specifically a "Mirror Reflector" archetype.
