All monsters you control gain 200 ATK and DEF and all monsters your opponent controls loses 200 ATK and DEF. During your Main Phase while this card is in your GY except the turn this card was sent to the GY, you can banish 1 card in your opponent's GY face-down and 1 card in your GY face-Down: add this card to your hand.
