This card conveys, replaces itself through a draw then grabs a new copy from the deck and sets directly on the field in your spell and trap zone plus since it is a quick-play spell card it can be activated during your opponent's next turn.

During your Main Phase 1 while this card is in your GY you can banish this card from your GY: set directly from your Deck 1 "Forward Accelerator" in your Spell and Trap Zone. As for the card, it makes no sense. What does tier 1 do? How many tiers are there before something happens? What does conveying even technically do to the card? Is it still on the field? in the GY? banished? Are you replacing the conveyed monster or the card that's doing the conveying, because I think it might be both? what even is going on here
