Mulli-Hooli Gan, the Hand Vandal

Level 10 DARK Fiend-Type

This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. During the End Phase, Destroy this card if this card was Special Summoned by a card effect except for the card effect of "Mulli-Hooli Gan, the Hand Vandal". During your Draw Step before you draw, if this turn is your first turn of the Duel and this card is in your hand, you can reveal this card and if you do; discard this card, shuffle all cards in your hand into your Deck then draw five cards. During your Standby Phase except the turn this card was sent to the GY, you can banish 1 "Mulli-Hooli Gan, the Hand Vandal" from your hand or from your Deck then Special Summon this card from your GY. This card can not declare an attack during the turn it was Summoned. If this card attacks a defense position monster, this card inflict piercing Damage. This card can not be targeted or Destroyed by your opponent's card effect(s) if either player has card(s) in their hand. You can only activate each effect of "Mulli-Hooli Gan, the Hand Vandal" once per turn. You can only control 1 "Mulli-Hooli Han, the Hand Vandal".

4000 ATK / 4000 DEF

its a bit bloated design but i guess that not really much a problem

the mulligan concept it tried to bring has multiple issues

this is pretty much "Reload", which is not a bad card but not that good either. Muli-Hooli has a better output of always drawing 5 but trapped in astronomically niche activation condition. also the style of mulligan is based on the older MTG mulligan as oppose to the London Style which actually can make advantage goes worse especially with things that require Garnet interaction also the London style mulligan already exist in some yugioh card like Saryuuja. on the topic of saryuuja the reason that link works wonderfully is easier access compare to this card mulligan condition. its also a fact that it dont allow other players to do mulligan dont sit right with me since mulligan supposedly part of the gaming rule that apply to all player  so the effect must emulate that IMO.

my suggestion, instead submit to RNG of getting it to your hand just make it Extra Deck Monster and have it revealed there without the sending

the rest of the stuff is....a dilemma. it require whole 3 turns to online but its still big unit with immunity that some people find boring. in its fairness at least its balanced

It's really well made: it has 2 lives using its other copies, it's a 4000 beater, has decent protection, and is a mulligan with some alternative use.
