Phantom Kirin
It has been a long time, but I have returned, and I come bearing some cards. Pyro Hourglass of Destiny Continuous Spell Move the turn count forward by 1 turn. The turn in which this card is activated continues as normal. During each player's Standby Phase, move the turn count forward by 1 turn. The turn then continues as normal. You can only have one "Pyro Hourglass of Destiny" on the field at the same time, and you can only play one "Pyro Hourglass of Destiny" per turn. XYZ Material Supplier Normal Spell Pay LP in intervals of 1000 (up to 3000) in order to play this card. For each 1000 LP paid, choose one card from your hand or GY and attach it to a XYZ monster as a XYZ material. You can only play one "XYZ Material Supplier" per turn. Dual Deck Reversion Normal Spell All cards that are removed from the game face-down are flipped face up. Then, all removed from the game cards are shuffled into their owner's Decks. You may only play this card once per Duel. --- (Edited due to advice from a senior member) Custos, The City of Heroes Field Spell The ATK and DEF of all HERO monsters on your side of the field are doubled. This card can't be removed from the field as long as one HERO monster is on your side of the field. If a HERO monster were to be destroyed by an opponent's card effect, you may banish one card from your GY to negate that effect and banish that card. Once during each of your turns, you may Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Hero monster from your hand or Deck. You can activate one "Custos, The City of Heroes" per turn. Treasure Chest of Greed Normal Trap Draw 2 cards. If this card is removed from the field by an opponent's card effect, you may search for a card from your deck and put in into your hand. Shining Star Storm Quick-Play Spell Discard one card in order to use this card. Count the total Level/Rank/Link rating of all monsters on the field. For every multiple of 10, draw one card. You can activate one "Shining Star Storm" per turn. And that's all that I got for now. Are these cards too strong? Please C&C, I want to get back into the swing of things. Tinkerer
Hello, fine person! I love all three of these! They're some random general-use cards that supports various deck types/strategies. I especially like Pyro Hourglass; I've always wanted to make something out of manipulating turn counts, but with only 1 irl support card, it seems like a weak strategy to build around. The following are some corrections to the wording: Quote Pyro Hourglass of Destiny Continuous Spell When this card is activated: Increase the turn count by 1. The turn continues as normal. During each player's Standby Phase: Increase the turn count by 1. The turn continues as normal. You can only control 1 "Pyro Hourglass of Destiny". You can only activate 1 "Pyro Hourglass of Destiny" per turn. Pyro Clock of Destiny hasn't had a reprint so I took a bit of liberty in shortening its effect to modern standard, but I corrected the last bit about controlling 1 and only activating 1. Quote Xyz Material Supplier Normal Spell Pay LP in multiples of 1000 (max. 3000); attach 1 card from your hand or GY to an Xyz monster you control for every 1000 LP paid. You can only activate 1 "Xyz Material Supplier" per turn. Edited the name from XYZ to Xyz because that's how it's shown on cards. You can change the name back to XYZ, but that means you cannot search it using "Generation Force". Other than that, removed some of the redundant wording, though I might have buffed the card a bit because it doesn't target anything. If you want a more direct translation, just let me know! Quote Dual Deck Reversion Normal Spell Flip all banished cards face-up, then shuffle all face-up banished cards into their owner's Decks. You can only activate 1 "Dual Deck Reversion" per Duel. Simplified the card effect. I'm not 100% sure if there's any application for flipping the cards face-up first as opposed to just shuffling all banished cards into the deck, but it does help support decks that banish a lot of cards as cost. It can also counter decks that want to banish a lot of cards, so it could see some funny use there. Out of the three cards, I can actually see this one being used in some kind of competitive strategy (even if you can only use one copy per duel). Hope these corrections helped! I hope to see more cards from ya! If ya need help with anything, feel free to say @Tinkerer or PM me. Cheers!
Phantom Kirin
Thank you for the reply and C&C, friend! And as promised, I have a few more... Custos, The City of Heroes Field Spell The ATK and DEF of all HERO monsters on your side of the field are doubled. And that's all that I have at the moment. Are any of them OP? Please let me know.

Phantom Kirin
Oh, thanks for the tip. I'll do that now. (edit: Done.)
Loleo
Pyro actually fits an archetype I had been working on. Custos is extremely OP it is near impossible to remove from the field with the protection it provides itself and the archetype. The double attack on top of that is just so powerful! Shining star storm has the potential to draw you 14 cards for 2 and you can consistently go +2 off this effect also very powerful. It might be ok if you had to discard your whole hand (min 1) and you couldn't play cards or activate effects for the rest of the turn. Treasure chest of greed is a nice staple. my one question about XYZ material supplier is do the materials have to be the appropriate ones or just any cards. It is very powerful if it doesn't need appropriate material. Dual Deck Reversion is a perfect card for a specific niche and may see regular side deck play, it is a well balanced card.
