Make A Card/Pair/Sub-or-miniarchetype with A Printed Original ATK/DEF that is definitely Different from the Effect Original ATK/DEF game.

The primary rules of this game is simple:
You have a card, and the ?/? you would find on the card is nowhere to be seen.
Nowhere in the effect using no outside effects that affect Original ATK / Original DEF is it possible to:

• Make the Effect Original ATK match the Printed Original ATK
• Make the Effect Original DEF match the Printed original DEF
• Avoid the mention of the other card in the pair/ other cards in the Subarchetype or Miniarchetype.

The secondary rules are about subarchetype length and subarchetype inclusion so everyone gets a fair shot to post something on the same page:
And the limit to the number of cards in a Subarchetype or Miniarchetype is 3. Meaning if you go the route of 3, you have to be able to fit along side other groups of cards that at least fit in YuGiOh TCG and/or OCG if it were isolated from other custom cards.
If-- If-- someone is making a fusion-making card in the vein of Polymerization and including that, up the limit to 4. (example but as a rough draft: Someone makes a fusion spell "Sine Wave Devastation" and it can only fuse the trap cards "Neodymium Blanket Nanobots" and "Praseodymium Rain Nanobots" to summon the fusion monster "Didymium Polynanobotroid" -- as weird as that proposition is, as long as the only monster card in that set-up follows the primary rules, it is fine.) But that is as high as it gets, and the 4 cards will be treated as a subarchetype or miniarchetype. (Sorry, no Exodia clones unless you can do it in 4 or fewer cards.)
If the card that follows the primary rules about ATK/DEF is already part of a group, exclusion is allowed i.e. you are allowed to post it as long as it is by itself or in a mechanistic pair in that case; but if inclusion is used, see above in this set of rules.

And the other rules are for how this game will open up as the game goes ahead:
Once 5 players have submitted something to this game, every other player (6th submission, 8th submission, etc.) will get to submit a title prompt for one of the cards-- but they don't get to choose which card out of the 1-4 gets that title.
Once 20 players have submitted something to this game, that above sentence will open up to all players thereafter, and players after that 20th player get to submit a title prompt for the miniarchetype's theme as well-- but to refuse the miniarchetype prompt, all the prompted player has to do is submit either a card or a pair of cards.
