Loleo
Post it LIGHT level 1 Fairy/Effect 500/200 Once per turn, If you control a card with "note" in it's text: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or GY. If this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned by it's own effect: note the next activated effect. The turn this card notes an effect, the next time something would be noted: apply the noted effect instead.
Neo Nae
hmmm so you're saying if any effect is activated that notes an effect will be this cards effect
Horu
I think it works more like this: This card is summoned, your opponent plays Monster Reborn, you note Monster Reborn, then the next time an effect would be noted, you activate the effect of Monster Reborn instead. Kokoroshi
Literal post-it note lol. The effect is written a little weirdly but I get that it goes with the joke :)

As you mention, I do love the usage of the note-type effect (kudos to Redro who taught me a bout it so long ago). The possibilities of this card are quite wild. While I suppose the instances of this type of effect are minimal, making a card to combo with it and repeat powerful effects as the "instead" is delicious. Niceeee. Well nothing can go wrong with a post-it note…. Unless you lose it.

Unless you lose it. .I won't Now, I'm thinking about loop issues. It really depends on the card, but in some cases note effects do not have HOPTs. In such a case, one could -probably- find a way to loop using Extra Deck Summoning, possibly with Link Monsters, and the usage of this card's own self-summoning effect, which is NOT HOPT either. It might cause issues, but I'm too rusty to think of particular combos right now, hehe.
