hey everyone im still doing teams even if youve done em. I started it and i intend to finish it. not being rude or nuthing.

I has a question about contest.

 

Are we allowed to enter a splice we have already created, or does it have to be fresh?

 

Also, are we allowed to enter splices of gold/silver sprites, or do they have to be sprites from ruby/sapphire and above?

I hav ea new contest coming out soon. As contest master i am creating the ultimate splice contest. Create for me the best legendary. Without using mew or mewtwo. Only using legends.
