It all depends on how you save them

When I save them they are .bmp put as soon as they upload to photobucket they turn .jpeg..................how do I fix this?

Yes Squirtle, you could go there, or your can go to http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/ and click on "Sprite Resource" and then "Pokemon Diamond/Pearl Male First Frame" and look for the Pokemon's name and there, you have your sprite

I have a problem, when i try to get a mew sprite, the background is black, so when i use paint bucket to get the black away, it deletes some of mews outline, is there a way to make this background thing go away?

That is the only problem of getting it from Pokemon Elite 2000, you have the black background. Otherwise, get it from somewhere else. Like type in at http://www.google.com/ Pokemon Mew Sprite or Pokemon Sprites

Sorry but no

What I do is carefully restore mew's outline with pencil seems like a lot of work so I suggest Magnifier.

P.S. to everybody not just The One To Win I hope it's not already taken but I will up load a Togepi + Voltorb!!!!!!!

The only time my sprite backgrounds are black is when I don't use D/P sprites.
