How to add the dots for choices.

Does anyone know how to add the dots (don't know the name) at the start of effects you choose?

They're called bullets. If you use phone you should be able to type it in directly in the card's effect box by accessing the 2nd symbol menu (or at least if your phone keyboard is similar to mine. This one:

If you're in desktop, well, I don't know if there's a key combination to type bullets. What I used to do is to search "bullet copy paste" in google. Enter the first page of the results and copy the biggest bullet you see. Since I got tired of doing that, I pasted the bullet in the "About me" tab in my profile to copy it whenever I need.

If I'm not mistaken, if you go into accessories on your pc, there should be an app called "chsracter map" and it lists every character available on the system along with the unix code at the bottom. Simply hold alt+"code" and it will put the desired character.
