The actual effects: If you summon a "Guardian" monster, you can add 1 card that is mentioned on that monster from your deck, field or GY to your hand. Once per turn, if a "Guardian" monster is sent to the GY, you can Special Summon 1 "Guardian" monster from your hand or deck ignoring the Summoning conditions. You can reveal 1 "Guardian" monster in your hand; Add 1 "Guardian" monster with a different name than the revealed monster from your deck or GY to your hand, then shuffle the revealed monster into your deck. Once per turn, you can banish 1 monster and Equip Spell from your GY: Add 1 "Guardian" monster from your deck or GY to your hand, and if you do, add 1 Equip Spell that is mentioned on that monster from your deck or GY to your hand.

 

Fun Fact: Of the 289 words in the card text, 150 of them are "except "Celtic Guardian", "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #1", "Winged Dragon, Guardian of the Fortress #2", "Guardian of the Labyrinth", or "The Reliable Guardian""

Even with the exception clauses aside, this card does a lot, I count 4 separate effects! Almost like you are trying to fix an entire archetype with a single card. I am not a fan of this approach, and I dare say this is frowned upon as well, and not a sign of good card design. One would expect to see 2-3 different cards instead of squeezing these multiple effects in a single one.

What you could do is group some effects into optional bullet effects, as in:

You can use 1 of these effects:
● Effect 1.
● Effect 2.
etc.

That way you keep the flexibility, but not the insanity of generating too many cards from a single card every turn.

Not to mention that while you exclude the old school Guardian cards, through the years new Guardians have popped up, most notably "Koa'ki Meiru Guardian" so... if you wanna focus on supporting only the Equip Guardians, you would have to look for another approach.
