Target one effect not from any hand nor deck; negate it as best as possible in this way and resolve the remainder; consider the best way to negate this card to change its effect to "Gain 400 LP." skipping the normal resolution should you choose this card's effect in this way. Every card involved's Original Names cannot be the Original Names of any other cards played until your 3rd End Phase. If an effect is immediate by original context, and falls under this list, it must sustain its conditions for activation however possible once those conditions are met instead; a next time an effect negation is done if any are done during this time, you must cut your LP in half (This is not optional by normal resolution.) and also all cards in the column(s) of the card(s) involved in that effect's invoking have any effect(s) they currently resolve negated and obstructed as best as possible in this way. All Effect Monsters lose 100 Original Attack imperatively and convulsively once resolution passes (You decide when the resolution is over unless an Effect declares otherwise.); any that find themselves with 0 Original Attack after and only after are banished. Equip Cards are treated as Trap Cards by nature of targeting should you activate this card in response to an Equip Card. You can no longer declare a Draw this Duel. You can only play 1 "Concussive Bottle of Walls" per Duel.

I like this. it seems like it could be competitive but that's coming from me.
