You can only activate this effect of "Number 16: Tri-Color Shock Master" in response to each card type (Monster/Spell/Trap) once per turn. During your Main Phase, while this card has no Xyz materials, you can attach 1 Monster, Spell and/or Trap card from your GY to this card as Xyz material.
