I think you can make the Synchro monster have some effect on recycling the banished material monster like: "You can special summon this card by shuffling 2 Banished "Vampire" monsters back to the deck" because Vampire doesn't have a tuner, you need something to cheat this Synchro out. The basic combo of a pure Vampire deck makes you banish "Familia" and "Retainer". Besides, this part: "If this card would be destroyed by battle or card effects place this card in your pendulum zone" should be in monster effect instead of Pendulum effect. 

You can also make some cards that make the opponent monster become a Zombie while on the field because of this combo: "V. Ghost" + "V. Sucker" + "V. Voivode" is a really good interruption during the opponent's turn ( V. Sucker let you tribute zombie monster ON THE FIELD for a tribute summon and V. Ghost let you do it during your opponent turn, then V. Voivode special summon 2 monsters in your Oponnet's GY).
