Original Yu-Gi-Oh {Obvious?}

Vanilla wars.

It's relevant because Bandai's Yugioh is the original Yugioh.

 

 

It would have been nice to see a sort of system that could make up for the ATK/DEF bonuses/decreases and the logic behind certain Types/Attributes being bad match ups in the anime.

 

Something like:

 

WATER > FIRE > WIND > EARTH > Thunder-Type > WATER

or Winged Beast is strong to:

-Insect

-Plant

-Fish

and weak to:

-Rock

-etc..

 

Something like:

Strong Attribute vs Weak Attribute = +50% of it's own ATK during that battle.

Strong Type vs Weak Type = -50% of it's own ATK during that battle

combinations of strong and weak in the same battle render this useless.

 

If done well, it'd help bigger monsters be taken down more easily, and weak match ups are still not guaranteed to win for sure.
