I'm a sophomore in high school now' date=' so next year, I'll be junior.What are you guys doing this summer? Summer school for geometry (not because I failed. I want to get it over with) and marching band. Fortunately for me, band starts right after summer school ends. School will really end after June 10. This is what's on my plate right now (and the due dates). 5 page essay on communism and socialism and how they're used in Animal Farm. Due tomorrow. Good thing all I have to do is fix the citations. My teacher said the paper was excellent, but without proper citations, I would have gotten a 35%. 2 page essay on whatever book I want. Already finished the book, now I have to type the paper. Due on June 5. 28 page mini-booklet on various phyla for biology. I've already finished about 21 pages. I just need to finish the other 7 and get 56 pictures for it. Due on June 5. 8 page essay on various subjects we've covered in World History II. Pretty much stuff from World War II to all the stuff happening now. I've finished about a page and a half. Due June 10. Oh yeah, and for Spanish, I have to write a page and half on astronauts and space and stuff. I'm just going to use a Spanish translator, so it shouldn't be that hard. I haven't started yet. Due June 4. Now get this, I have to do all this, in addition to the end-of-the-year band concert, which is on June 4. This is what I'm going to do, finish my essay on Animal Farm tonight (sucks about the citations and my teacher not believing me about using my own words. Maybe I'll have to dumb it down a bit...), and get about 99% done with my biology booklet. In class tomorrow, I'll finish the booklet. After band rehearsal, I'll have to finish my rough draft for my other English project. In study hall the next day, I'll work on my final and finish by Spanish paper using a translator. After the band concert that ends at around 10PM, I'll finish my English paper. After that, I'll be cool for a bit. On friday, I'll try to get as much done on my history essay as possible. It will be the only thing I have to do, so I can kind of take my time on it until it's due on the 10th. Once I'm done with all my projects, I'll be able to chill for a bit. Final exams will be nothing compared to all the crap my teachers have had to put me through. Seriously, 5 projects at one time? And about a week, ago, I had a math project due also. Hopefully next year, my teachers will get together and plan better so this crap doesn't have to happen again. Wow... that was kind of long...
