You can only use the following effects of "The Evaluator" once per turn. * If your opponent controls more monsters than you, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) * If your opponent controls face-up monsters whose combined ATK is equal or greater than your LP (Quick Effect): You can banish this card from your GY; gain LP equal to the face-up monster your opponent controls with the highest ATK (your choice if tied.)
