You can only use the following effects of "Behemoth Cat" once per turn. * If you control no monsters or all monsters you control are Beast monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) * You can return this card from your hand into the Deck; add 1 Level 7 or higher Beast monster from your Deck to your hand.
