You can only use the (1)st and (3)rd effects of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 “Morganite” Spell from your Deck to your hand.
(2) When an opponent’s monster declares an attack: You can banish 1 “Morganite” Spell from your GY; negate that attack.
(3) If you have 3 or more “Morganite” Spells with different names in your GY and/or banishment: You can make the ATK of all face-up monsters your opponent controls to 0.

(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then reveal 1 “Morganite” card in your hand; place the revealed card on the bottom of the Deck, then draw 1 card.

Call me crazy, but I think this just removed winged dragon of ra decks' biggest weakness. Also, THESE CARDS LOOK AWESOME!
