I really don't like royal decree for somereason. you couldn't dust tornado royal decree as dust tornado is a trap.How would question stop him???????fissure doesn't work due to horus in this scenario.and otherwise you're talking about a 1/58 chance on that man eater, and i Tribute to the doomed it, mystic swords man LV2 it, nobleman of crossout it, if i happened to have ha des out itd be useless, i could ceasefire it, i could brain control it flip summon it and destroy it with its own effect.
