Ok, if you haven't figured it out in the second or two that it should have taken you to begin reading this after you read the title, I'll tell you.

 

The title is complete sarcasm.

 

However, I did make this thread for a reason. There's something I'd like to discuss.

 

So, I looked in the LARGE BOOK OF DEFINITIONS and looked up this word. I feel this word describes hotfoilcard's actions and the actions of some other members on this forum.

 

Trolling: Posting with the sole intention of annoying other board members.

 

Simply put, "trolling" is useless. It doesn't help in anyway and it is sort of like spam.

 

I realize that since Crab Helmet and some of the other GameFAQ's members joined this forum, the TCG Section has been a little more critical toward people's Decks.

 

Do they troll? No.

 

Now, let's not forget that hotfoil card (or Sir Trolls-a-lot as I like to call him) made fun of starving children three months ago.

 

A lot of the posts that Sir Trolls-a-lot makes aren't needed and they don't help the members.

 

My point is, people shouldn't come to a forum focused on a children's card game and troll.

While I agree that some people are... jerks, about decks on this site, I dunno any specific people. It sucks, yeah... but wouldn't this thread be considered a... oh, what's the word, a "flame thread"? And isn't that just as bad?

I know a 9-year old who uses a Batteryman deck...

And an 11-year old, she uses Crystal Beasts pretty well.

.....then again, the adults just tell them what moves to make, so they don't actually "know" how to play, technially.

If you have issues with a member, contact that person or somebody with higher moderating privileges via PM and sort it out. Making a topic to complain about a specific member is hardly necessary, in my opinion... :/

Atem's right. Trolls only want attention and notoriety. Topics like this only further feed egos.

 

Also, isn't the Topic Creator like... I dunno, a moderator!?! Isn't there something you could probably do to ban him, if you and several others feel he is bannable?

 

For cereal guys. If you gots a problem with a member, isn't there ALSO a PM system? Public displays and such like this only fuel witch hunts and such.

But i really dislike hotfoilcard, and truely wish they would just leave the site.

 

HFC spam, trolls, is rude, sarcastic, childish and has made some truely terrible cards (including starving children).

Making flaming threads against any member=fail. How does this have anything to do with the TCG? Hotfoil's not the only member on the entire board who might make a mistake here and there, and has a somewhat alternative sense of humor, but how is making a whole thread based on flaming hotfoilcard not trolling?

 

HFC's actually not that bad when treated as a human being.
