All effect damage you take is dealt to your opponent instead. (Quick Effect): You can pay half your LP and tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Black-Winged Dragon" from your Extra Deck, then, place 4 Black Feather Counters on that card, also, the summoned monster cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) You can only use this effect of "Blackwing - Dragoon the Tailstorm" once per turn.
