You can only use the following effects of "Stardust Debris Dragon" once per turn. * If you control no monsters or you control a "Synchron", "Warrior" or "Stardust" Synchro monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand.) * If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your GY. * If this card is used as Synchro material to Synchro Summon a Dragon Synchro monster: Draw 2 cards, then, discard 1.
