Their effects are as follows.

 

The Winged Dragon of Ra: You must Tribute 3 monsters to Tribute Summon this card. This card's ATK and DEF strength become the total of the base ATK and DEF strength of the 3 monsters Tributed to Tribute Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned, it is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. While this card is face-up on the field, this card cannot be the target of Magic, Trap or Monster Cards. When this card is successfully Special Summoned, you can choose 1 of the following effects and activate it.

- You can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy 1 monster on the field and remove it from play.

- You can pay Life Points until you have 1 Life Point left to increase this card's ATK and DEF strength by the amount you paid.

 

Obelisk the Tormentor: You must Tribute 3 monsters to Tribute Summon this card. If this card is Special Summoned, it is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. While this card is face-up on the field, this card cannot be the target of Magic, Trap or Monster Cards. She found out that a tournament was held and the winner gets to create and design new monsters and supports for a deck of between 40-80 cards. She won it using an old zombie deck of hers and created the 'Arcana Dizaster', which were based around elements and gems. She has used this deck since then but it began to taint her mind, fueling her desire for gemstones, this lead her into the paws of the Evil Tyrant, whom she serves as one of his elite.

Well Dark Armed Dragon and Judgment Dragon are both really broken but they haven't been hit by the Ban Hammer.

Lucky Dragons. The Egyptian Gods haven't been hit by it either though. It just says that English versions of the Egyptian God cards cannot be used in tournaments. I didn't figure out they weren't allowed in tournaments until I posted my Titanic Fiends deck in the "Your Deck" thread.
