Moral Decency is all I can think of that implies this as wrong.

 

For that matter, Moral Decency is the only thing I can think of that seperates us from animals.

I define a child as little by the age of 5 down, so we'll go with that.

Now, how do you expect a child of 5-down, to know why two men are embracing love (In whatever way) in front of them? They barely know what love is, and I can be assured, won't think of it as different to opposite sex couples in anyway. Only your 13 year old mind, raped by public school people who are so sex oriented it isn't funny, thinks that it's bad in front of a child who doesn't even understand it.

If you think what people are attracted to is bad, and shouldn't be shown in front of a young audience, then shove yourself into a church and pray for it to stop.

I thought they were just talking about sexual acts in general. Either way they shouldn't be shown in front of children because its illegal. If it was legal, and moral, everyone would be fine with it.

All right... why it is illegal. A VERY good question.

 

The Instinct Factor- You don't have any clothes on, it's winter, you catch pneunomia. Your in the sun, you aren't protected and get badly burned. It's spring. Without clothes on you'll probably die because of the animals, maybe knives and guns will most definetly kill you, and your completely unprotected. What does that lead to? Congragulations! YOUR. FRIKKIN. DEAD. That's one of the reasons it is illegal- basically the foundation of all laws- for the SAFETY of it's citizens.

 

The Mental Factor- Basically, individuals of the same gender are mentally unapealled to the side of a nake body part. Driven by a strict mental urge, the indidividual will most likely attempt to draw away from it. Unless your homosexual or (L-Word, I wonder if I'm allowed to say it) and also it is basically `disgusting'. If a nake guy went up to you, you would most definitly be disgusted, as you have said. Thus you have basically `shot yourself in the head' and gave foundation to this Claim.

 

Basically, those are about two Factors somewhat explaining some of the reasons that public nudity is illegal. Hoped I was of help.

It's illegal for many reasons.

 

Really there is no reason in questioning why it is illegal. You can't change the fact that it is illegal.

 

It's illegal because we' date=' as a civilized society, would rather not see everyone nude. I know I wouldn't want to see every girl and every boy I know naked. I wouldn't want to see [i']any[/i] of the boys I know naked :|.

I believe this would be mostly due to the fact that our society has put up a standard for other human beings to act exactly as the goverment wants us to act. Nudity isn't a crime, nor is it offensive. But unfortunatly our society will not accept a naked person.
