Chester Benningham is a lousy singer, Mike was the only good thing the band had.

Actually; Joseph Hahn (There D.J.) was pretty talented for his input. Considering he did the job that would take about 2 people to do elsewhere. =/.

 

And Chester Bennington (Ham? O.o?) has one of the better screaming voices out there, but that's about it.

 

Oh, and Mike more or less writes some of the better lyrics out there.

Eg.

"It's ironic,

At times like this you pray,

But a bomb blew the mosque up yesterday."

 

In his like, 52nd song about war.

Overall, they aren't a bad band, sell out to black rappers easily, but not a bad band.

Still not disturbed though.

I listened to some songs of them a few years ago. I think I still have them on my computer.

Some have really nice beats to them, but the lyrics, albeit sometimes being downright awesome, are so repetitive... That and the occasional interruptions when the singer decides to scream around, not necessarily singing, get annoying after a while (I'm thinking, for example, "The Game" and "Down With The Sickness").

 

"Voices", "Prayer" and "Awaken" are the ones I like the best, and still, I don't find them too awesome, sorry. ;)
