I always Choose Water unless the circumstances involve anything else being a better starter than said Water type.

No, it looks like an overly happy fire pig with odd colors and something on it's tail.

 

The Otter looks extremely natural in comparison.

 

And the Grass looks like a Lizard. Better looking than Treecko, and Treecko looked good.

I'd have to go with the Grass one. I almost never choose the Fire type, and Water are usually my second favorite.

One thing I don't get is its called a grass snake yet it has legs and SNAKES DONT HAVE LEGS!!!

 

The Water one just looks ugly to me and I wouldnt pick it unless it has an awesome 3rd stage evolution and had decent attacks.

 

I'd choose the fire pig depending on what Gym pokemon are in the early stages of the game.
