I am the minister of foreign affairs of The Organization of Team Rocket, and I am not entirely sure about the rule of The Organization XIII. Our envoy, who is also our president, is Ice. If there are any messages directed to myself, Team Rocket, or any ally clubs, they should be given to me first via PM or by visiting our Organization, or in rare cases by giving the message to Ice to relay to us. I have finally found el aire libre to visit, and the message was relayed perfectly. This is turning into a full-fledged war, and I'd like this to not become a nuclear war. They had each been considering for a time as to whether or not they should enter into the conflict recently established by Organization XIII declaring war on Club Pikachu. The large central seat, occasionally occupied by ThatPhantomGuy, was empty as it usually was. However, the others were certain that Phantom would not want to concern himself with the matter even if he were there. Marsuvees Black, being a member of the Organization as well, was the most out spoken towards entering in on the Organization's side. Tempest had had some concerns at first, but that was simply due to a misunderstanding of usernames and had afterwards become almost uncaring towards the issue."We need a declaration of war. I need to see to Shadow's death myself but R.P. 820 itself needs to enter the battle as well." Black argued. Andx and Tempest weren't actually opposed to entering the battle."Do as you want. I won't be around for it anyway. Just be sure to kill a few people." Tempest said. Black was pretty confident the declaration would come soon. Andx was often one to side with his opinion, or at least he never really argued with it. Andx had just recently been invited the council upon a recent promotion but Black and Tempest were both sure he would be fine. Andx was also a member of the Organization but as of yet hadn't expressed more than support for Black's desire to kill Shadow."Well, I can make something. We might as well get all the way in on this." Andx replied. Black was quite pleased. His organization was about to move into a very dangerous battle. Dangerous to those who opposed the Organization anyway."So it's settled. We join the Organization." Black said confident. The other two nodded in agreement. Andx's declaration was finished quickly and was as follows:"We, the members and admins of R.P. 820, on this day, Thurday May 20th, do hereby ally ourselves with the members of Organization XIII. In this we do also declare war against all enemies the Organization currently finds themselves engaged with, namely Club Pikachu and all of their allies as currently established and as might be established in the future. In this declaration we do hereby promise to crush all those who oppose us, and do as the Organization wishes as they began this engagement." All three were quite pleased with the statement. With that the meeting was adjourned and they went back to the club's home to announce the news. R.P. 820 would be joining the war on the Organization's side. The members would have varying opinions and stances on the matter but that was where the club was moving. What happened from the point of this alliance, can't be said until it actually happens.
