Chidori vs Rasengan fight: The one using Chidori would have his arm ripped off,while the one using Rasengan will be electrocuted to death. Still, I prefer atomic bombs. Chidori is a jutsu that requires shape and elemental chakra manipulation.Rasengan is only shape manipulation.So, regular Chidori is better than Rasengan. But as seen in the Final Valley, not by much. Now, let's look further into this using the finished form of Rasengan.Chidori is a jutsu that requires shape and elemental chakra manipulation.Rasen-shuriken is a jutsu that requires shape and elemental chakra manipulation.So, if a regular Chidori was barely better than an unfinished Rasengan, Rasen-shuriken would be stronger. Chidori is an S ranked jutsu.Rasengan is an A ranked jutsu while only halfway completed. So, when finished, it will be at least an S+3 jutsu. (This was discussed between Naruto, Kakashi, and Yamato when Naruto was trying to learn Rasen-shuriken. So the show even states which is better.)
