Final Fantasy Revolution
Now there has been and there have also been a lot of acts against world of warcraft. Now heres the thing I want to know what you guys think about this. Do you think that the game is actually addictive or do you think that the power to regulate gameplay is in the hands of the player/the parents of the player if at that certain age. discuss? Guest JoshIcy
A game like that? I have never played it. But the videos I see etc, god >_> I'd die of starvation playing a game like that... I believe it is all based on replay value and generally how addictive it is to the user. Thus self controlling...

Sander
*sigh* Not this sheet again >_> I mean, come on now, just because your child is addicted to it, doesn't mean you should ruin the game for all the other people around the world <_< Be a good parent and deal with your child on your own for gods sake >_<
Aximil
Well, I had it. I was addicted to it. I spent a week on it without eating, drinking, sleeping, or even going to the bathroom. And, no, I didn't go where I was sitting. I just didn't go. So, yeah, I would have to say that it's an addicting game. I'm so glad that my dad downloaded something that deleted part of the file that allowed me to play the game.

Yugiohrulez!
I wouldn't say it's THAT good of a game. My friend Aaron would tell you a different story.
Dryad
Great Technology just bumped its self up with Drugs & Alcohol, what a "Paradise" World we currently live, in fact we could maybe next make Duel Masters into a equivalent of Crack/Heroine if we all put our brains together. Lets not stop their! Lets also make it an online game that consumes the "Weak-Willed" and pushes away those who can stop at anytime, we could make millions! God I just love this world we love in, don't you all agree??[/sarcasm] Great, due to people focusing WAY to much on games like WoW for instance and not enough on reality, we turned what was just a harmless game into a devastating drug.. P.S. When a person says playing to much of this game would affect your health, they are not being generous or suggesting it, they are saying stop for a moment and take care of that body of yours because while your in this lifetime you only get it ONCE.. Pikachu
everyone is confusing me....to charlie morae: thanks for the fixto rest: yes, sometimes games could be as addicting as not going to the bathroom for days, but really just live your own life for once1 why does your mom have to be so over reacting to a stupid rpg game? VainZiler
WoW was one of the most poorly made MMORPG's I've ever played. I played it on both retail and private server, and was stunned at how much Blizzard raped an amazing RTS series. But setting that aside, anything is addictive, if you have no self control and get sucked into something so much you lose what little life you had, then I wont lose any sleep over it. Just another failed reject of a human that I wont have to deal with in my daily life. And to the mothers who blame the game for their kids addiction, I say if they would have beat their kids a bit more, or put some actual fear into them, they might actually show you some attention when you tell them enough is enough. Poc
WoW is addictive as funk. I played it for 2+ years. I just recently said "I'm not putting up with this sheet anymore" and uninstalled it, and Im glad I did. It was seriously affecting my school grades. I feel sorry for my friends who are just starting to play it.
