silverlighted Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 Interesting effect, I like it...although as the above stated, it seems more of a drawback, and there doesn't seem to be any other advantages to a balance. Unless the removal is the advantage, but unless, you've got another monster on the field, you'd be leaving yourself wide open. But if you did, it'd be pretty cool to have a 2500atk bouncing out of a nowhere. So, it's cool. Saturn of Elemia Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 This card is a variation of "Rallis the Star Bird" except that there is no ATK increase. OCG seems a bit off. If it cannot be Special Summoned, how does it come back to the field? Personally, I don't think that the "cannot be Special Summoned" part needs to be in there.
