Effect is good and balanced since it does damage to BOTH players in exchange for another attack. I'm gonna give the ninja a 10/10 so it doesn't come and kill me in my sleep. Great job! Pic is a bit dark though. ;) it can keep attacking, and it inflicts damage to the opponent each time it does so. but you get caught in that too... very interesting card... i rate it an 8.7/10. Picture could use some work, but I know it's hard to find a decent picture to go with a name and effect. Wouldn't be surprised to see this as a real card.
