DivineRite Posted July 19, 2008 Report Share Posted July 19, 2008 I love the idea for the effect. But I have a feeling that the effect is too powerful for the card. Maybe raise it's level to 5, so that it needs a tribute. Make it's ATK 1900, and re-word it like this:"This card cannot declare an attack. If this card exists in your graveyard, it may attack during your Battle Phase. If this card declares an attack, your opponent draws 1 card." 9/10 I like it, but I can't exactly figure out how to make it perfectly balanced.
