Saturn of Elemia Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 This is a card from the anime (as mentioned earlier). This card is also available in the Tag Force games for the PSP. This card is on the BANNED list in those games because of its overpowering nature. I believe that this card is out in Japan as well. If so, I'm pretty sure it's on the Banned List.
