Here is how I would word it: This card can only be equipped to a monster on your field. When the equipped monster is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon 1 monster from either player's Graveyard to your field and reduce its ATK and DEF by 500. If you Special Summon a monster from your opponent's Graveyard, destroy it at the end of the turn. It is an interesting card. I would probably run this in a Deck.
