1st Card: does your Graveyard really need 6 DARK monsters what if you have less while it stays on the field?

Regarding the 2nd card, the monster in question keeps its Attribute and Type, meaning Thunder. It only loses its effect and probably a high amount of ATK and DEF.

If you have less than 6 DARK monsters in your Graveyard, the 1st card cannot be Special Summoned.

Well, the cards:

 

Zero Overlord - Emissary of Annihilation: You can loosen up on the summoning requirements; make it so that it can be Special Summoned when you have at least 6 DARKs in your Graveyard.

 

Remnants of the Black Sun City: Very, very creative. The first time I see something like it.

 

But for all that...
