Krow just a word of advice............. your not helping. You see "Justice" is a thing that SM and M's should do. Mods should not be promoting these things just because other mods are friends or these things. Even darth is against this. Well Points is nothing to do with this. You want to really be a "Hero" or an "Elemental Hero" Or whatever that is, you should look up to whats right. Now these things are just anti right. Your just taking points as a punishment. He saved a year with these points. At least ban him from the general but bring his points back.

Well a mod is not about power ruling and these things. No it's about choosing the right choice. Lets say you have your friend and an enemy. Your friend did something wrong but someone else reported the enemy too. Who would you go with your friend or the enemy. This is a mod situation now choose right and get your heads out .......... something errm nevermind about it. No one should be promoting new rule ideas. If this isn't in a rule book then no thats wrong. Don't create rules. We need mods thats right but can we do anything if the new mods act like this? No.

I don't really think a rebellion is necessary, just a reevaluation of the rules and principles of the site, and even a reevaluation by each of the mods to make sure we're upholding those rules and principles, not only for other people to follow, but for ourselves to follow as well.

First of all, who cares if they donated points back and forth? Does it affect anyone here? It wasn't on the rules list, and it shouldn't really matter if it was. Being the highest donator doesn't make you cool. It's the internet. Just because you gave a lot of points back and forth doesn't mean your teh awesome.

 

As far as I'm concered, they should get back all or half their points and this should be added to the rules if you (Dj, FP, and JoC) are so worried about it.

 

Now then, in my opinion, unless Dj can provide proof that he warned them (and I mean screenshot proof), I think it is not fair to take their points away and that is abusing modship.

 

If there is proof, and they were lying, then their points should remain taken away.

 

Regardless, this should be added to the rules.

 

Just because your a Super Mod doesn't mean you don't need evidence. If I was a famous lawyer, I couldn't just say "she killed somebody" and have a woman sent to prison.

 

Provide proof or give the points back.
