If you consider popular when everybody can identify you by name and give a brief summary of what you are like:Yeah. If you consider popular sombebody who walks around with this group of preppy kids kissing ass:No. I have lots of friends. But a lot of people I hang out with, I despise (it's the way us southerners are). Trust me. If you ever come to the south, a lot of people who act nice are really not very fond of you. However a lot of people really do mean it when they act nice towards you. I am popular in a sense. But I'm also only sure that I have about 9 friends that I can really trust as friends. Too many people know me, except instead of being the normal one in a weird group, I'm the weird one in a normal group. :( I have maybe three friends, two boys and one girl, and I do very well in classes, which means I get taunted a lot.
