Its written there very carefully. SECOND F--KING SENTENCE... Now, let me ask you. Are moderators not supposed to set an example for the rest of the members? [spoiler=Large Image] Notice the signature box. Notice the Viral Message in the signature. What I'm trying to say, hypocrisy makes you look lousy, have the rule amended, or remove the viral message. Same goes for Kizzi, he should know better seeing as he's been here since October. Come on Professor Cobra, you've been here since April of 07. Tea.leaf, last time I checked, outside links to forums weren't allowed, nor in the spirit of representing how to behave on a forum, which is part of your job in case you missed that. Even so, the blatant hypocrisy pisses me off. However.This isn't a big deal if they haven't been enforcing other members on the same ruling. Still.They either bare the whip, or get rid of the rule. It strikes me as cowardice, really, that no-one really questions things like this.=/. So far, though, the only moderator I respect is Crab Helmet. Used to be Tea.Leaf, but the apparent "WTF!?" of current situations leaves things changed. Eh. Rules are rules, and moderators are.. Well, they are worse then the members, for the members give the moderators their power. Without members, the moderation isn't necessary, therefore they fail. The moderators are the working cattle, pulling the carts for no extra benefit. The members are the one the reep in the benefits of the working cattle. The moderators, if you think about it, aren't above anything at all. In fact, they are below it, offering something more than what most people do, that is opinion, for no rebate what-so-ever. Moderators are fools, for the most part. =/.Eh.Overall.Most people need to Stfu and get with it.Seriously.=/.Static, Eli, whatever you go by, your logical thinking makes me keep coming back here..Maybe out of respect, or your lulz/intelligence factor, but either way, the way you approach things like this.. Bias is applicable in Frunk's case, since unlike most, he gave enough to the forum to be disregarded for minor rule breaking, whilst others haven't. I have hardly seen this rule enforced, (excluding during my first week after I had joined someone was randomly penalized for it). Not to mention most links are on site which isnt troubling at all... I quite frankly don't have time to put up with all this hassle with all my other things that I have to deal with. That is the point that annoys me the most, but you can stop complaining now since I no longer have it anymore, and believe me since you've brought this up I'll make sure it gets changed by discussing it with the staff, still it annoys me how you made an entire thread regarding it when you could have simply PM'd a member of staff, but no you made it a big deal. Blatant advertising is what's banned ( IE links to forums ). Which is what the links doing, so thanks for pointing that out. I didn't even realize they were links. I'll PM him now. The viral signature thing is sort of a guideline. Not something you can get banned for, but something you need to remove if asked by a moderator.
