Logic in Yugioh.

Remember the days when yugi sent gaia the dragon champion on catapult turtle and shot him at the castle of dark illusions and destroyed all of his opponent's monsters? If you do that must mean you know there is logic applied to a childrens card game, and i would like to know your opinions about the "Logic" applied to yugioh, or share a epic "Logic" episode in yugioh history.

1) This thread belongs in Anime.

2) Yugi used the Mystic Moon to power up his silver wolf, but it backfired on him by raising the tide to conceal all of Mako Tsunami's fish monsters in the water. So Yugi uses the Giant Soldier of Stone and attacks the moon (which is a Spell Card >_>), deducing that by destroying the moon, all the water will disappear, exposing Mako's monsters. Oddly enough, it works. o_O

Could anyone explain to me what kind of rules were in place then in that part of the anime?

2000 LP, no direct attacks, no tributing, and physics applied.

Wow, that'd be pretty awesome is physics became an aspect of game mechanics.

And suddenly we're going to have massive debates over the validity of Solemn Judgment since that's chained to the existence of God.

How about in the movie where Yugi is separated from his own body. Wouldn't that mean the pharoah would have to go too considering that he is merely a host to Yugi's body?

It completely denys the laws of physics.

And now to deplete the seriousness of this post.

Logic YGO fails it......take for example the moment in my sig notice how the spike is point away from the dome, then ends up straight at it, (Unless it has a magnet in it honed on Rex's metal hand its impossible) I still don't get how Yusei got enough force to turn Bommer's bike, I mean its about half the size/

And leaving 11 year olds to walk around a city on there own.....(Yusei what happened, I understand Ruka coz she's the mature one, but Rua?). There's probably loads of no brain moments.

Like Ryo getting back from the brink of death I mean during his speech at the end of 148 his heart had stopped, I understand him bein revived but if his heart was that bad seconds after the end of the duel, how did he survive being on the beach for several hours....

First season was failz to me....it was cheap

you can normal summon god monsters XD

but lol....

God cards wern't in season 1 >.>

In Battle City and beyond god cards

had a similar effect to the World Championship games.

There's also the Battle City incident w/Gearfried and Parasite Paracide. It isn't an equipment.

That's more of changing an effect.
