Guest PikaPerson01
Formerly the senator of Alaska, she has been chosen as Republican John McCain's vice presidential running mate. How does YCM feel about this?

Arekku_Koro
*Cracks Fingers* Well, I believe it's an obvious ploy to get disgruntled hillary clinton (I don't capatilize her name, as she is an object) voters to toss their vote at McCain. Since when was the president decided based on whether they had a Vagina or not? She goes agains McCain's entire "Experience" platform, (the only thing McCain had going for him in this election) and is a trap to destract viewers from Obama's landmark speech the night before the announcement. Guest PikaPerson01
Well, since you guys asked me... It seems like John McCain is only doing this to get "the female vote". I don't know what's sadder. The fact that the Republican Party thinks it can appeal to "downtrodden" Hillary Clinton supporters, or the fact that it actually works. >_>

Perhaps they figured that if Obama picked Biden, that lowers the standard for which McCain's vice has to live up to. All in all, should have gone with Liberman, that way there's a chance we could have had a Jewish president if McCain were to get elected.
Tabris
What senator? From what I'm recieving, she was mayor of her hometown, then became governor of Alaska. Well, I don't know what McCain's trying to do here: my interlocutor's pointing me to either McCain trying to rub off the age factor off his chest, or McCain trying to woo distraught Hillary voters to his camp. No, I don't think whatever strategy he has concocted up will work this year.
Deucalion
She hasn't played a major part in US politics until late 2006.She's anti-abortion.She's pro-gun.She's pro-death penalty. She has faulty genetics causing her son to have Down's Syndrome. She's the least charismatic person in the current race. Now I'm even less likely to choose McCain, not that it was going to happen in the first place.

Static
Moron, giving birth after after 40, or impregnation after 40, has a percent somewhere above 25% that your child will have a genetic defect. She's not defective, she's giving birth late in age.
Deucalion
Very well, I'll replace faulty DNA with "stupidity, and apparent unconcern for the effect it may have on her future child".
