They are completely useless. The point system means nothing. There is no online merchandise store to which you can cash in your points and have something mailed to you in 3-5 business days. There is no bonus or hookup from the administration or the moderators for cashing in so many points. All they are used for is a type of currency which equals 0. You are trading nothing for whatever it is you are offering. Reps are even more pointless. The reputation system is not abided by, nor is it used as an accurate means to judge members. The only people who should have the right to leave reps would be moderators and global moderators. There should not have to be a rep-complaint thred, simply because there would be no retarded and pointless negative reps. The rep system isn't adhered by either, as many people have still been active after negative 12, 15, even 24 reps.
