Mr. Judgment Dragon
DARK Raigeki on legs. Regardless of splashability, this should be banned. It's splashable among any variant of DARK Decks (most notably DAD). Raigeki in any case like this is unacceptable. Its also Allureable and Trade-Inable. The banworthiness of this card has been pointed out plenty of times. Dare I go on?
Archbaron Larry
Well, too, it's not as good as Raigeki, you have to discard 1 dark monster, but then it gets destroyed, like Raigeki, butin a duel it is kind of painful to lose a strong monster. But the people who made these cards were smart, if they made something EXACTLY like Raigeki then everything would go haywire. Zerato is like Raigeki, but not EXACTLY like it. Mr. Judgment Dragon
You would use this cards Dark Raigeki effect to win or attempt a comeback. It aint painful to lose a strong monster when you've won the duel now is it? Its summoning conditions are very loose compared to many monsters. It is also easily reviveable. Dark Creator, Creator and the usual generic revival cards like Monster Reborn.
Archbaron Larry
No, but what if it is the only monster you control? If Zerato users do this, they are stupid. They had 2 4-star monsters, tributed to summon Zerato, then used his effect right away, then got destroyed due to the effect. You shouldn't use his effect on the first turn he is summoned.... get it? Mr. Judgment Dragon
You have obviously never faced or used a Dark Armed Dragon Return Deck before it got killed by the new ban list. DLZ helps the win condition and it can run over pretty much anything with 2800 ATK.

Archbaron Larry
Ha,Ha,Ha (laughs sarcastically.) But this could be useful in traditional only with this strategy.Summon Zerato.Make sure you have 3 Dark monster in your hand.Use effect.Use Monster Reborn.Special Summon Zerato.Wait to next turn, then use his effect agian. Now double check to make sure you have a Magician of Faith and 3 other Dark monsters. Set Magician of Faith. Make sure your opponent destoys it, then select Monster Reborn as a target. Acvtivate Monster Reborn.Target Zerato. Use effect next turn, BANG! 3 Zerato effects = 3 Raigekis! I know that wold be hard to do, butit's a good idea.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
^^^LOL no. Dark Creator is amazing with this card. With 3, it can be devastating. Assuming your monster zone is clear and you have at least 6 DARKs with at least 1 of them being a DLZ. It's easy to do with Dark Grepher and Armageddon Knight. Special Summon Dark Creator. Use its ability to remove a DARK monster to revive the DLZ. If you have at least 4 different DARKS in your Graveyard, Tribute the Dark Creator for DLZ. Use the Special ability of one of the DLZs to eliminate all the opponent's monsters if necessary. Make sure you discard a strong DARK monster (2400+ ATK). Use Monster Reborn to revive the discarded DARK. Potential OTK. Right? You could also use DDR instead of Monster Reborn if you have a strong DARK RFP which would happen with the effect of Dark Creator.2800 + 2800 + 2400 or more = 8000+ in turn producing an OTK. Cards required: The Dark Creator + Darklord Zerato + Darklord Zerato + Monster Reborn OR D.D.R.

Lazer Yoshi
Wow, just wow.MUST HAVE!It goes in Fiend, DAD, Removal(:P) and Dark World. ESPEICALLY Dark World due to it's discarding capability. The drawback in DW is is that it would be hard to keep Dark Monsters in the Grave. Psycho Shocker Android
Dark Creator+Darklord Zerato+Dark Horus is an otk. It's not that easy to do and it isn't reliable enough to justify the ban of DLZ. I still haven't seen a good deck running DLZ and valhalla. Even if the card makes him easy to summon it still doesn't convince me that DLZ should be banned. This is yugioh we need some cards like this one or we would have one of the most boring TCG ever. DLZ is a powerful card but not enough to be banned. It was good when Dimension Fusion was legal because it's freakin' Dimension Fusion, a 1 card OTK. Rageki = 1 card to destroy all opponent monster DLZ = DLZ+1 card to discard for his effect+monster(s) or card(s) to sp summon it (THIS MEANS AT LEAST 3) *Your best scenario is monster reborn
The Dark One
You want to see a good deck using Valhalla and Darklord Zerato? Look at my Valhalla Synchro deck. Its primary purpose may be to summon Synchros, but it also uses 3 copies of DLZ, and they're their for a reason.
