Frunk
Before you start posting questions, read through this. To YCMaker and Danilus, please add or edit anything you see fit. This is for general questions about the Yugioh Card Maker Forums, for the official FAQ; http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/faq.php "What are points for?"The point system is used as a reward for posting, every time you make a post, you will earn points. You can also win points by entering competitions. Using these points, you can buy or bid for real Yu-Gi-Oh cards in the Card Trade forum, use them as a prize for competitions you make, and much more. "How do I give someone points?"Next to all posts, on the left there is a box that contains the poster's information; Username, rank, level, etc. Down the bottom is their points, click on 'Donate' to send that user some of your points, or in the user's profile. "What is the Reputation thingy for?"The reputation system is currently just to show how active (positive or negative) a member is on yugiohcardmaker.net . To give someone a positive or negative rep point, click on either the 'thumbs up' or 'thumbs down'; these are located in the box to the left of all posts, or in the user's profile. "I can't get the Card Maker to work"This generally refers to the Downloadable version of the Yugioh Card Maker, the special topic can be found here; Downloadable Version Questions. "How do I get a picture on to my card?"I suggest you check here; Card Making Tutorial and Resources "I don't get it, what is Card Trade?"Card Trade is a system that allows you to receive real Yugioh Cards for free, using the points you earn for posting and entering competitions, you can donate the points to seller and get the card you want. The card(s) will sent through the mail directly to your door, or mailbox. However, Card Trade cannot work without the exchanging of personal information, so if you're not allowed to give out your home address, you can't participate. "Why can't I put a '+' in for fusion monsters?"That is being fixed. "What is this 'Spam' that every is always talking about?"Spam is the posting of advertisements, abusive, or unneeded messages on Internet forums. It is generally posted by automated spambots. On these forums, it is generally posted by our very own members and falls into the un-needed catagory. Spam can easily be avoided by sending a PM. "What is a PM and how do I send one?"PM stands for Private Message, they are used for sending messages to a selected pesron. You can send a PM by clicking on 'Private Messages' on the top bar of the page, next to 'profile'. Once in, click on 'new post' and fill in the required fields. That's all I can think of right now.
