This card is rubbish. Not good against anything. Not even good for toilet paper.

Don't be to quick to judge as this may have some potential as being able to not just summon any level three, also reusing this effect because it returns to your deck, but lso shuts down DAD if played right.

Are we reading the same card here? I see nothing in this card's text that prohibits the use of Level 3 monsters - unless you're referring to the 2000 DEF, in which case we may as well all run Giant Soldier of Stone.

Its effect is not applied to itself when it is destroyed as a result of battle. Learn to play.

This card returns monsters to the deck when they are destroyed as a result of battle, and has 0 ATK. That means that, in order to make any use of its effect at all, you need both this card and a big attacking monster face-up on your side of the field, and your opponent needs to be unable to destroy either of them. DAD decks aren't exactly lacking in monster removal.

But even if you could actually get any use of its effect, so what? It only applies to monsters that are destroyed as a result of battle; unlike Macro Cosmos, it allows monsters to be dumped in the grave by other means - and DAD decks love those "other means", because destruction by battle has never been fast enough anyhow.
