Corporal
When running Exodia, don't mindlessly draw, use cards that add them to your hand like Sangan. Or, be ricky and special summon one of them and use a Hane-Hane or the such to return it to your hand. With that in fact, you might want a Book of Moon to re-use a Hane-Hane, and a decent stall method like Spirit and Astral Barrier. You'll also need some good hand protection cards, and something like Monster Incarnation to get back dumped Exodias(You might wanna think about using something like Foolish Burial to get a piece in the grave then use monster reincarnation to get it in your hand. No lv 4 or lower monsters unless they have really awsome effects (eg. spirit reaper, marshmallon, etc) or at least 1900 ATK or 2200 DEF. plus exodia peices/ necross/ contract with exodia of course. you are going to want between 3 and 5 tribute monsters, as long as they are good it doesn't matter about the specifics (summoned skull, black luster soldier envoy of the beginning, etc) as far as #s go 25 monsters and 15 trap and 10 magic is usually the best. traps should be things like waboku, sakuretsu armour, mirror force, botomless trap hole, etc magics should be about 5 equip cards (megamorph, axe of despair, etc), between 0 and 2 field cards, then the good things like monster reborn, brain controll, fissure, mystical space typhoon, etc. I know this is a lot to read but if you could reply back with any coments/ concerns please do. Infernalhero
U know u could always run commons like Des Lacoda at 3,Sangan at 1,and a few more draw power like upstart goblin(ignore the life gain, you're just drawing to victory) and seriously ignore the people who say Necross,I would hate to have my Exodia Pieces lined up in a row in my graveyard.Add cards like Upstart at 3 and Des Lacoda at 3 for more draw, and ignore Necross I'd rather have as many Exodia Pieces in my hand than in the graveyard. Mr. Judgment Dragon
A good Exodia deck that could possibly win costs lots to build. Unless you're willing to spend lots of money for a good one, you're best option is Heart of the Underdog Exodia. It isnt that good but you may as well build it as opposed to a crappy Exodia Deck like the one you're using. Im being honest here. The one you're using at the moment isnt good. This is the expensive one. Monsters: 22 1x Exodia the Forbidden One1x Left Arm of the Forbidden One1x Left Leg of the Forbidden One1x Right Arm of the Forbidden One1x Right Leg of the Forbidden One3x Destiny Hero - Malicious3x Destiny Hero - Plasma3x Destiny Hero - Dogma1x Elemental Hero Stratos3x Dark Grepher3x Armageddon Knight1x Sangan Spells: 18 3x Allure of Darkness3x Destiny Draw3x Trade-In3x Reinforcement of the Army3x Dark Eruption3x Dark Factory of Mass Production Traps: 1 1x Crush Card Virus Who cares if the deck is 41 cards with this draw power. I basically took the previous version I built and modified it a little. I would recommend RotA over Upstart since you can fetch the cards needed for the win condition faster. The high level D-Heroes are for the drawing power of this deck. All the Monster cards in here apart from Stratos are Allureable. I would also recommend Burial from a Different Dimension in here in case you come up against D.D. Crows. It also gives the deck more flexibility meaning you can freely dump an Exodia piece with Allure and fetch it back later. Youre bound to draw into one with the draw power in here. I would probably recommend 2 in order to increase your chances of drawing into one without much chance of a dead draw. Dark Grepher is also for clearing Plasma and Dogma from your hand in case you dont have any of the drawing cards in your hand and you can also dump Malicious and set up a free Tribute mainly for Crush Card or for Plasma in case you feel like it but I would advise against doing that. You also get a once per turn dump with Dark Grepher in here at the cost of discarding a DARK monster from your hand. Dump an Exodia piece from the deck and recover it with Dark Factory or Dark Eruption, whichever is allowable at the time. Armageddon Knight is a dummed down version of Dark Grepher which gives you a basically cost free, once off dumping. Since Armageddon Knight and Dark Grepher are Warriors, you can search them out with RotA. If you cant build this, hold onto the list in case you want to build it another time or something like that. It is next to impossible to build an Exodia FTK deck in this format even with all the efficient 2 for 2 draw power that can be used. This would be close to it but not guaranteed.
