CrabHelmet
Its causes a Mil effect. No' date=' it doesn't. It causes a draw effect. You rookies never seem to learn that forcing the opponent to draw additional cards doesn't force them to deck out; rather, it simply gives them more resources with which to crush you even faster. Not only that, but its goes great with Appropriate. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Appropriate Appropriate and this card are both terrible. and Greed http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Greed If I had the capacity to draw a card at will by giving up 500 Life Points, then trust me, I would draw cards like there was no tomorrow. Corporal
Good in combination with cards like Appropriate and Greed, or Skill Drain even, but more of an asset to your opponent when you don't have any of these cards(and it's not exactly like you'll get these cards together in the first place). Guest PikaPerson01
Terrible card. Would not ever place in any of my decks. Better options exist for Skill Drain decks. Better cards exist for Draw/Mill/Burn decks. (Bistro Butcher, Hand Collapse, Morphing Jar, Card Destruction, Sasuke Samurai # 3, Cup of Ace.) I'd never recommend such a deck however, I only ran it for the lulz of naming a deck: "Hand Job".
CrabHelmet
That results solely from your ignorance of the card pool. I meant level 4 monsters! if we were going to level's higher' date=' then I would of posted something else.[/quote'] You should have been considering higher level monsters that can be Normal Summoned without tribute and which therefore achieve the same effect. The fact that you did not do so indicates narrow-mindedness. Why can't you admit that being able to summon a monster with an ATK of 2400 and you can negate its effect is good? DON'T TELL ME THAT BETTER CARDS EXIST BECAUSE YOU COULD HAVE BOTH THE BETTER CARD AND BUBBLE CRASH AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! Because it takes forever to set up and place all of the spirit messages. If you remove one from play or send it to the grave, all of them die. Appropriate doesn't. Do you even known what it does? Because it takes forever to set up Appropriate and you need to make your opponent draw four times before it even becomes a +1, and it can easily be destroyed or negated by any form of removal in a removal-heavy format. Do you even know what it does? This is precisely why looking merely at a card's raw effect is stupid. Yes, Apprioriate says you can draw two cards. No, it's not the next Pot of Greed. Not only that' date=' but after the draw, why can't you just use Card Destruction or Hand Destruction with Greed.[/quote'] Awesome, let's turn this into a four-card combo that makes the opponent's deck even faster and involves flooding their graveyard - all for the sake of a little burn damage. Are you so stupid that you can't even grasp the point of my posts? I use Chaos Greed as an example to show that a raw "Draw 2 Cards" effect does not even come close to making something even half-decent, whereas you seem to believe that Appropriate's "Draw 2 Cards" effect makes it as good as Pot of Greed. By the way, Chaos Greed is hideously situational and sucks in RFP decks too. And Skill Drain affects ALL EFFECT MONSTERS! Not just one' date=' not just your, ALL! You didn't "word your sentence wrong", you got Skill Drain's effect wrong. In case you've forgotten, here's what you were responding to when you made that post: Not to mention Exiled Force/Necro Guardna/any other monster with an effect that doesn't activate on the field. What you were claiming was that Skill Drain negated Exiled Force, Necro Guardna, and any other monster with an effect that doesn't activate on the field. The words written on the Skill Drain card show that this is not the case. This implies that either you had not read Skill Drain properly or else you didn't understand how the game rules work well enough to see that Skill Drain does not negate these effects. In either case, the problem didn't lie in your choice of words.
