for anyone who wants to know why it is slow, it is because you have to activate it in response to a draw outside the draw phase. which means:

a) trap draws in the draw phase don't count (they are all chainable, good for decoy. except for this one of course.)

b)you DO NOT get that 2 card draw the first time. (I found that out the hard way.)

and c) they will mst or breaker it, and then just keep drawing.

because you wouldn't play this card with hand destruction' date=' darkworld dealing, dark bribe, cup of ace, chainsaw ( i wouldnt use that but it still works ) this card is only slow if you dont make your deck work with it, its not a card you can just add

Dude, the Ojama monsters are top-tier. Obviously, you need to use them with Ojama Delta Hurricane. The Ojamas only suck if you don't make your deck work with them, they're not cards you can just add.

last I heard the rules were changed on continiuous traps and you can activate the effects of the trap when the card is activated.

Also, look at Appropriate's updated text:

You can activate this card when your opponent draws a card outside of his/her Draw Phase. After that' date='[/b'] each time your opponent draws cards outside of his/her Draw Phase, you can draw 2 cards.

It's not even ambiguous.
